Beachfront vacation rentals in Abruzzo

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

We stayed at Gisela's apartment for 2 months and enjoyed it so much! The apartment is wonderfully located and you have the sea before your eyes all day. The terrace is also particularly great and invites you to linger. The internet was very fast and we could easily make video calls at the same time. There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. Gisela is a very warm and attentive host. We felt very comfortable the entire time and would have preferred to stay forever. We felt at home here. Thank you for the wonderful time at your place! We will be back :)

We had a great weekend in Pescara with friends, and this place was just perfect! Very spacious, impeccable in terms of cleanliness, and conveniently located close to the city center and the beach. Cinzia was adorable from start to finish: very friendly, available, and always ready to give good advice, especially on restaurants and places not to be missed. She really made our stay easier. I recommend this place with my eyes closed! Thanks again for everything 🥰

Excellent assistance from the host, friendliness and availability. Completely as described. Central area and close to many points of interest. Not much parking, you have to look a little.

Mimi’s House was so well located, and so easy to walk to both the beach and the town centre. It was perfect for our needs- spacious, easy to get around in a wheelchair, clean and with a beautiful outdoor area. Barbara was a great host- very responsive, friendly and made check in easy with clear instructions and by meeting us at the property. Thank you Barbara for a wonderful stay!

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

Clean and tidy apartment, it has a large shaded terrace that can be used from breakfast to dinner, with views of the pool and sea. From the terrace you can access a small garden that leads directly to the pool. A short walk from Via Verde, the bike path on the seafront of the Trabocchi coast.

It was a very nice stay. The apartment is great. The furnishings are a bit outdated, but the view makes up for it. The bathrooms were great and modern. It is very suitable for a family. Suitable for more families or friends, as you are in a very confined space. The building is very well maintained and the residents are very friendly. Under the house is a cafe for breakfast and in the area anyway a large offer.

I am a difficult customer as I travel with 5 dachshunds that are very reactive dogs. Emilia and her son Lorenzo are exquisite people. Housing: a large studio apartment with a breathtaking window. Garden: garden dedicated to the well-fenced house. Parking: in the area facing the entrance of the house. Surrounding area: a large garden of Emilia's villa with games for children and many animals. Surroundings: the hamlet of Montepagano di Roseto, which I recommend everyone to visit. If we really want to find a note, it is the 400-meter municipal road that has not had a great maintenance but it is not the fault of Emilia who is doing everything to ensure that the Municipality of Roseto also takes care of the hamlet of Montepagano.

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

We stayed at LaPerla for around 4 weeks and had a really great time. The apartment was clean, well furnitured and the location is amazing. There are so many good restaurants and bars close by, the city center is just around the corner and the beach is literally across the street. The communication was super easy. Cristiano was always available if something came up and he is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host as well 😊 We had a wonderful time there, highly recommended ✌️🐬

We spent magnificent days in Graziamaria's apartment. Thelatter is even more beautiful in real life and boasts a spectacular terrace that blends into one with the sea and sky. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator and descending you are practically on the beach. It has a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need and has impeccable cleanliness, there are also two air conditioners. A special thank you goes to Mrs. Francesca and her husband Mario, people of a unique welcome. I hope to return to this little gem on the Adriatic soon!

We felt very comfortable right away and the beach was very easy to reach on foot. The fact that the loungers and the parasol were included in the apartment was great and we were able to enjoy the large beach and the clean sea. Restaurants were also easily accessible on foot. The apartment was big enough for us 3 adults. Very well equipped and very clean. Massimiliano was always easily accessible and gave us good recommendations. Thanks for a good time!!

Enrico made us feel so welcome. He took so much time to make sure that we were settled in and knew where to go out for the evening. He even parked my car for me after helping me find a parking space. We only stayed there for a short while but would thoroughly recommend Enrico and his lovely apartment

frencesco is a nice host. She responds to questions right away. A warm and sincere welcome . The house is just as it appears in the photos. The kitchen has everything to cook. It has a beautiful bathroom and a large balcony. The location of the house is very good ,on the beach and 3 km from the city center. But we never needed the center. There is a supermarket 1 km from the house. There are ice cream shops, pizzerias and nice places to have coffee around within 5 min walking distance. We were amazed by the magnificent nature of Italy. We wish to come again

This was our second time in Roseto and we got the apartment for a fantastic price. The view from the balcony was unprecedented.. seriously you could stand there all day looking at the beach of the mountains! It was such an easy stay with Lucilla offering her help every step of the way. Very close to shops and literally ten steps to the beach and with such a beautiful apartment, we are now looking to come back again very very soon! Thank you so much for hosting us and we absolutely loved the apartment! We ❤️ Roseto!

A very nice apartment in a great location. Very close to the sea and right in the center of town. From the airport 20 min by bus - otherwise no transport is necessary, as everything you need & want to see (museums, etc.) is within walking distance. In the apartment was everything we needed in towels, bedding, kitchen utensils & good Wi-Fi. A recommendation for anyone who wants to experience some Italian flair away from the big cities :)

I’ve been using Airbnb for 10 years now and I always give an honest review because I think it’s only fair to other renters. The apartment itself is small but comfortable. I would say it is great for short stays and in my opinion for maybe one or two people. It was clean and comfortable and well located. The hosts are WONDERFUL. Very nice and communicative…they left little snacks for me which was nice. The shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. The washer was great to have access to.. The bed was comfortable. Firm yet soft. Hard to explain. Just a heads up if you like to cook…the sink is rather small and it’s tricky to wash dishes and pans without getting water everywhere but in the grand scheme of things it’s a minor inconvenience. It wouldn’t stop me from renting from these wonderful people in the future!! I had a great stay here. Thank you Cristina and Guido (and your mom)!
