great location everything needed is there, i am with mom and baby, they r all satisfied, big balcony connecting both room, very good view for downtown, easy asscess to everywhere, 10 minutes wakling distance to museum, to go bus station 10/10 recommend good price good service provide

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Cairo- homey, clean, and beautifully decorated. Definitely will book again and recommend anyone to book. The assistant at the property was also incredibly helpful.

It was a beautiful experience being with at the place . I was very understanding and the place was full of life and positivity. The staff was very cooperative and wonderful.

Wonderful stay tucked back from the gate with plants all around. Our flight arrived late on New Year's Eve. Karim was a very gracious host who stayed up past midnight on new year's to welcome us.

The apartment is very beautiful and racist, and the furniture is new and clean, and I am the first resident of the apartment, in addition to Sister Najwa was very cooperative, although I wish I could meet in it, but I could not. But she was constantly communicating and asking if they needed an apartment. Of course all electrical appliances and furniture were excellent The flat in the center of the country is good for the families and contains 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lounge

It was my second time staying at this place. Everything was great. It is centrally located in downtown, there is wifi, hot water, clean beds, and a large floor plan. the balcony is huge and comfortable as well. I just didn't have any negative experiences here. if you are in Cairo, book this place. there is privacy and the host is very responsive and kind.

Great experience, the house is very clean, neat, and cozy. The place is very comfortable and everything was on point. Mrs. Nibal was very helpful she made us feel like home and was always responsive. Me and my family enjoyed our stay. Also, the house is perfectly located within Heliopolis’s beautiful streets, no noise and beautiful surroundings having all the necessary services minutes aways from the place.

I stayed at Ahmed's flat for four months and could not have been any happier with the flat or with the people running it. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly in the building and readily available if I ever needed any help with the flat or any questions about Cairo and about the neighbourhood. Ahmed the landlord and Sayed who helped around the building and the flat were absolutely fantastic and very generous in their hospitality. The flat is big and spacious and at a great location (10 mins walk from Tahrir) which makes it perfect if you're interested in staying in downtown Cairo close to metro stations, restaurants, museums, shops and grocery stores. The view from the main bedroom alone makes it worth the stay! Would absolutely recommend for any future visitors.

Great stay at Hassan’s place. The location is amazing, very close to everything. Also loved how the apartment was well kept and that the shower worked well (not so common in other places I went in Egypt). I hope to stay there again next time I visit Egypt

My stay in Saleh place was lovely experience. I would like to rent it again and I do recommend his place for whom likes to see the great of Cairo.

Maged was a wonderful host, as was his father, Mohy. They made us feel so welcome, and helped when we had a bit of a hiccup with Talabat deliveries. Not only did they have delicious koshari ready for us shortly after arrival, but also helped with groceries, schwarma, and desserts thereafter. Truly going above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Aziz is a super host. Always in touch. He has a very clean and spacious apartment, which is rare in Cairo. The apartments have high speed internet. Everything that is stated in the ad, everything matches. Nearby shops, cafes, pharmacies. The price matches the quality. I can recommend these apartments, because other apartments in Cairo come with unpleasant surprises (((MANDATORY AND PLEASED TO COME AGAIN! THANKS FOR THE HOSTING!

We had a fabulous stay at Ranwa’s in Zamalek while visiting for a wedding. It was a peaceful haven in the centre of Cairo. Ranwa was flexible and helpful in messaging. The rooms are spacious and light. The kitchen is well stocked. The hot water is a bit tricky but does work. We would highly recommend staying here! Best wishes, Alex and family.

We had a wonderful 14-day stay as a family, and this was truly the best place for a long visit. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Mohammad was an amazing host — always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and offering help whenever needed. He made our stay easy and enjoyable. I loved this apartment and felt right at home. The light in the evenings and the many plants really added to the charm - and sitting on the balcony in the evenings was a real treat. Samia was a lovely host, provided some food and tea to ensure I had something when I got in, and was communicative throughout. The apartment is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, full stove, etc. I enjoyed the neighborhood - it is very walkable and in a great location for exploring Zamalek. I will definitely stay here again!
