You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Colombier transformed into a duplex studio located inside a 17th century property of nearly 2 hectares in the heart of the village of Sermaise and 13 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 duplex rooms of 18 m2 (beware of many steps): on the 1st floor, living room with a kitchen, sofa, TV; upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Access to part of the park of the property with a relaxation area equipped for eating and lounging.
