The outbuilding is located 5 minutes from Verdun and 10 minutes from the main historical sites of the First World War (Douaumont, Fleury, etc.)

Au calme et situé en rez de chaussée, il est composé d’une belle pièce à vivre lumineuse de 25m2 donnant sur une cour partagée, d’une chambre à coucher de 15 m2 et d’une grande salle de bain de 10m2.
