We offer a pretty maisonette 2 steps from the center of the village, and close to orchards and vines. Bulligny, a village located on the Côtes de Toul tourist route, is 35 kilometers from the famous Place Stanislas de Nancy, the favorite monument of the French in 2021, and only 13 kilometers from the magnificent Cathedral of Toul, which celebrated its 800th anniversary. The exit of the A31 motorway direction South-Nord is 6 kilometers away (Colombey, exit N°11) North-South direction, it's in Toul exit N°12

This charming apartment on the way to Santiago de Compostela and Jeanne D'Arc was built in 2016 in a part of our farm. You won't have any neighbors across. The entry is independent. So you'll be very quiet! The village is peaceful, 15 km from Joinville (supermarkets and others) and 5 km from Bure (Andra and Panier Sympa, the nearest bakery and grocery store), on the border with the Meuse and the Vosges. Many walks in the countryside are on your doorstep.

On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.

This step-free home has been recently renovated offering a welcoming space with large rooms. As this is my primary residence, I will slip away for the duration of your stay so you can fully enjoy the house.
