!!!Work in the building (roof) during the day on weekdays with scaffolding until the end of July. I rent my 64m2 apartment which is 50m from the Chartreux metro and has a free private parking space (included with the accommodation) and secured with an electronic beep. You will feel good in this bright, renovated apartment + wifi. Comfortable bedding. Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided. Lidl, bakery, butcher shop and nearby shops.

My stay went very well, The host is clear and responsive. I would only add that the neighborhood is well located and served but particularly noisy (which did not bother me because I did not stay there much) but I recommend this accommodation for travel and not for a relaxing stay...

I had taken one night and extended the next day so much that the accommodation is good, it is very clean and there is everything (several towels, laundry, washing machine) that you don't find in all Airbnbs. The hosts respond very quickly and are very kind, I would really recommend it. Looking forward to renting it again later. Thank you.

Small sudio with mezzanine, well arranged and very clean, well located near the 5 avenues and Palais Longchamp. Only small downside, the cramped space of the toilet/shower space, and that of the spiral staircase (very narrow) that goes up to the mezzanine. It didn't bother me too much personally, but people who are bigger or older could have difficulties. Very good contact (although quite small for me, as I did not have to ask the host during my stay).

The kitchen features modern cabinetry in a dark hue, complemented by a light countertop. Appliances include an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Under-cabinet lighting provides illumination, enhancing the functional layout suitable for meal preparation.

A perfect stay. Apartment as shown in the photos, super responsive host, smooth exchanges. Quiet, large, good bedding. Clean, tidy, comfortable, welcoming apartment. All amenities at the foot of the building (transport, restaurants, bars, shops), ideal short walk to the city center. A great "mood", we will be back, we recommend it!

A real favorite for this beautiful apartment! Modern, comfortable, very well-equipped and quiet. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the metro, with supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy and everything you need nearby. The beautiful Longchamp Park is right next door. Communication with David was perfect from start to finish. A big thank you also to Meriem, who takes care of the logistics of this accommodation with great kindness and care. I highly recommend it, you can go there with your eyes closed!
