Vacation rentals with a patio in 2nd arrondissement

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Clarisse's place. I didn't know Marseille before going, so thought it looked a bit further out on the map, but it was actually near enough to walk everywhere and great being in a residential area - quieter than being in the old port area, and near to amenities like a boulangerie, supermarkets and Perier metro. We could easily walk to vibrant bustling places like Cours Julien and Noailles in less than half an hour as well. It made such a difference having a beautiful balcony for our breakfasts, and AC to cool things down a bit. Olivier greeted us with the key and also was very responsive throughout. Everything was clean and the decor was lovely. Brilliant option for Marseille.

Logement correspondant à l'annonce. Annette nous a reçu en personne, en nous faisant des petites recommandations des choses à faire. Un lit bébé nous a été fourni. Le séjour s'est très bien passé.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans le logement géré par Eleonore. Il y a une petite plage à 5mn et des commerces à proximité. L’appartement est calme dans une petite impasse. Nous avons dîné dans le restaurant chez Aldo à 700m, un régal ! Un conseil : Il y a des navettes maritimes toutes les heures qui permettent de rejoindre pointe rouge au vieux port en 20 minutes environ. Beaucoup plus rapide qu’en voiture ou en bus.

Appartement agréable, à proximité du vieux port, au sein d’un quartier calme. Nous recommandons l’appartement de Mimi !

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir waren zu dritt: meine Frau, unserer erwachsener Sohn und ich. Die Wohnung war für uns sehr komfortabel und gut eingerichtet. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man auch zum Kochen und Leben in der Provence braucht, auch eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner ist da. Hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage zur Innenstadt mit den vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Wir haben daher unser Auto nur für weitere Ausflüge gebraucht und alles andere zu Fuß machen können. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Great little apartment in Marseille. Location was great as 15 min walk to the beach with a bus stop 2 minutes away to take you direct into the city centre/Vieux Port area. Kitchen was small (as expected) but good enough for making coffees and small meals. Flat was clean and bed was comfortable, works best for two people. Host was attentive and responded quickly to messages :)

Appartement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. Propriétaire très réactive et agréable. Le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue. Je recommande vivement.

Hôte est très accueillante et très souriante. Un logement qui correspond entièrement aux photos et à la description. Je recommande vraiment ce logement à proximité du Vieux-Port et de multiples restaurants.!

Très paisible, reposant, belle endroit et très belle vue. Hyper réactive, agréable et arrangeant. Un endroit cocooning très appréciable.

Had a great stay at Kamal’s place which was perfectly suited to our needs with a car park for both our car and trailer. It was easy to find in a quiet, gated estate. The house was spotless and had more than enough space for three of us.

Super séjour, Naïla est adorable et nous a très bien accueilli. Avec la température de Marseille, la cour et la cuisine extérieure sont tellement appréciées. On a pu profiter de la belle piscine pour notre dernière soirée. Ce n'est pas central comme quartier, mais c'est à 15min en auto et 30min en bus du centre de Marseille. C'est le lieu parfait si vous souhaitez relaxer une journée au Airbnb.

Alice et Nicolas sont tous les deux très réactifs et accueillants, le séjour s’est passé comme je l’ai imaginé, paisible et calme 🌞 la proximité avec les calanques est vraiment un plus 🏝️

We absolutely loved our stay here. We’ve rented several other apartments in Aix over the years, and this was by far the best. Honestly, the building isn’t much to look at, but the apartment is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable, the apartment is very well-equipped (it helps to find the hidden kitchen drawers 😂), the (rear) bed is très confortable, the showers are generous and modern. The extra office room was great for relaxing and reading, and the terrace was lovely. Having a fully equipped laundry room was just the cherry on top! All in all, we were very impressed with the apartment, and found it to be the perfect base for our adventures in Provence. I hesitate to recommend it too enthusiastically, because I don’t want to find out that it’s booked before we can stay there again!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine chez Virginie. Le logement est parfait pour 3 adultes, conforme à la description, l'immeuble bien sécurisé. La communication avec Virginie est facile. Je recommande sans problème. Ne passez pas à côté des pizzas de Jaime !

un magnifique appartement , très bien placé , parking payant a proximité immédiate , transports en commun et commerces très proches....parfait pour 3 personnes.

A hospedagem do Rafael é perfeita, tudo como diz no anúncio, muito espaço, cozinha completíssima, uma sala muito espaçosa e confortável com uma bela varanda. Voltarei com certeza.

Le logement est tres propre et accuiellant. Les hotes laissent les draps et serviettes ce qui est un plus quand on voyage. Les instructions etaient fluides et claires. Hotes tres reactifs malgre une arrivée tardive. Je recommande ce logement.
