Loft vacation rentals in 2nd arrondissement

Stan's home was perfect for our stay in Marseille, right on the central La Canebiere and just 5 minutes walk to the port The flat is charming and spacious, with a stunning terrace and views across the whole city. Designed by Pouillon, it's like staying in a slice of history (a scale model can be found within the building even) Stan was very communicative and even arranged for a lock-box to be installed to accommodate our late check in on the first night at late notice! It may be useful for some guests to know that one of the double bedrooms is separated from the main living space by a sliding door and the annexe with the third bedroom is accessed through a gap in the wall which may require a deep breath in... Overall, we could not recommend highly enough and would not hesitate to stay again

Ideal for the two of us. Sufficient space and amenities. The bed was fantastic; very firm long and wide for us tall boys. In contrast to other reviews, there was a lake of hot water, so no worries about running out. The air conditioning was welcome during the canicule. There is a very functional top-loading washing machine which was a god-send for those of us who like to go for a run through the Parc de la Torse à Aix. The apartment is in an ideal location for the old town which has so many wonderful restaurants, bistros and bars. We were so surprised that Aix has a worldwide-gastro feel. There are rosés for all palettes; but also rouge, blancs and some lovely beers. We parked at the rear of a block of flats (arranged through Christiane). Near to the hospital. (Entry is at what3words - aquarium sulked padding and walking exit is at hush tropics arduous - it is about a ten minute walk back through the jasmine-smelling streets. Boulangerie: Manilo’s 180mtr- croissants to die for! 🥐🥐?

Quiet apartment, good location and well furnished with soothing views of the bay - shops at the foot of the residence as well as 2 well-served bus lines nearby (unlimited bus card for 7 days at €15 including to go to Cassis) - easy and pleasant communication with Laurence, very responsive and caring - in short, a very good place to discover Marseille and the Calanques!

I had a wonderful stay in Marseille and Elise's apartment. The apartment is large, and has great energy. We feel great there! It's in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Elise is responsive by message, and my checkout was flexible so super accommodating for me. Thanks, Loved the time!

We were so lucky to stay in the heart of Aix. The outlook from the apartment was beautiful. The ability to just go down stairs and be in the middle of all the cafe's, markets and shops was so convenient. Joel was very helpful.

A real BnB, Elena and Edouard share their living space with us. So, you benefit from all the kitchen accessories and it's like home! On a quiet street, 3 minutes from the Longchamps tram stop, you can get anywhere in the blink of an eye. The apartment is large, simple and bright, the living room in a single volume, with a large dining table, it's great. Top floor, no noise, shutters, blackout blinds, we had a good night. And yes, climbing the 3 floors, after the km of walking during the day, is a little trying but it can be done slowly! Free parking at the end of the street, super convenient in the heart of Marseille! In the summer, the terrace must be very nice. That's a good plan.

Perfect location, quiet, in the most beautiful area of Aix. The apartment is very nice with a rather privileged view of the rooftops and the superb facades of the Mazarin district. The building itself is a nice discovery. Samuel's welcome was much appreciated.

This was the second time we have stayed here and it was equally as wonderful as the first! The apartment is immaculate, well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the private terrace has the most spectacular views across the harbour, the city and out to sea. Marc is friendly, considerate, and a pleasure to interact with. He has made some changes to the apartment since we last stayed, all demonstrating his care and attention to detail. The local area is peaceful with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants to explore.

Stayed 4 nights at Domie’s unit. Domie is extremely flexible, allowing us to check-in slightly early as we arrived earlier into Marseille before the check-in time. Domie also took extra effort to bring over a water kettle when we inquired about one. Overall, love the apartment, my son loves the design, staircase and large space.

Perfect for a weekend between friends, we were 8 guys staying in the loft for a couple of nights. The nearby streets can look a bit run down, but overall the location was good enough to go on walks around the old port. I would say the loft is very convenient for a group of 6 divided in 3 boxes, but it could come up as kind of pricey for that number of guests. 2-3 more bedding are located above the kitchen area and can only be accessed via a ladder. A 4th box would make the experience equally comfortable for every guest but it ended up being fine for all of us. We’d come back! And thanks again to Pauline for having the most flexible check in and out times.

Excellent apartment. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Modern, spacious, welcoming apartment. Amazing shower. Good location, easy to find restaurants, close to various shops. I would highly recommend it!!

Antonin's place was a perfect base for our weekend with 15 old friends getting together to explore Marseille. The location is great for exploring the city and the apartment is a really sociable set up. Thanks for a great stay!

Caroline’s beautiful apartment with parking in the Old Port is a fantastic location, chic and comfortable space and very well equipped. A day can easily be spent watching the people promenading. Caroline has great recommendations and local knowledge. Would definitely stay again.
