Beau studio, bien équipé et bien situé. Fidèle aux photos partagées. Il y a un ventilateur au plafond qui nous a été très utile avec le temps plus chaud. Situé aux 3e étage, sans ascenseur.. ça nous aide à garder la forme ☺️ Denis répond rapidement et reste disponible pour nous. Je recommande sans hésitation.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lyon at this space, recently renovated and very comfortable to relax in after a long day exploring. Very easy walk from the Perrache train station, and also going back and forth during our visit so close to the Ampere Metro station. The space itself has great proximity and an easy walk to so many neighborhoods in Lyon, and was very comfortable for two adults staying for a few days. Europe can get warm in the summer and while this apartment does not have air conditioning, fans were provided and we slept with the windows open mostly. During the weekends, some noise can be heard from passers-by below, but we were comfortable and it was expected. We really appreciated having accessible and easy to use washer/dryer and iron too. Would definitely love to visit again, Laura & Ed were gracious hosts!

Séjour magique en plein cœur du Vieux-Lyon. Appartement extra, prix très abordable. Localisation parfaite où il fait très bon de marcher et d’explorer la ville. Je recommande fortement ce logement à tout ceux qui veulent s’imprégner de la culture lyonnaise. L’appartement de Mila et Julien est plus que parfait pour un séjour en amoureux.

We loved the apartment. Perfectly located for wandering around old Lyon. A hundred restaurants (seemingly if not literally) within minutes of walking. Easy walk to sights and activities. The apartment was as described - newly renovated, spotless, and comfortable. Worth noting it is at the top of 92 stairs - so may not suit everybody. But not an issue otherwise. Highly recommended.

This stay was so perfectly cozy and incredible. The attention to detail is beyond anything I’ve ever seen on Airbnb! This truly is a welcoming home with amazing amenities, great walkability to nearby restaurants, and endless things to do. Chiara provided great recommendations and maps. This is a must stay!

This was our second stay at this apartment. It’s very well located in a quiet, classy neighbourhood with charming shops in the surrounding streets. The apartment is well fitted out and is in very good condition. The building is quiet. I highly recommend it.

Das modern eingerichtete Appartement hat uns sehr gefallen. Es liegt in der Nähe von Tram- und Bushaltestellen, der Bahnhof Lyon-Perrache ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer geht zu einem begrünten kleinen Hof und ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Me and my partner had the best time staying in this beautiful one bed apartment a stone throw away from the bustling Old Town in St George. So many delicious resturants and boulangeries to choose from right on your doorstep. It was a great base to explore the whole city as was also very close to public transport and the river. We received lots of recommendations from the hosts too. Would highly recommend!

What a beautiful apartment. The furnishings and artwork are charming and it has everything we needed. With views across the river to Fouviere, which is lit up at night, it was wonderful. The location is perfect for visiting the old town and an Uber gets you to the main station for daytrips. It's quiet for sleeping yet there are bars downstairs. An excellent supermarket 3 minutes away for all your needs. We didn't meet Emmanuel but he was quick to respond to queries.

Eine schöne ruhige zentrale Wohnung Es war alles vorhanden, die Küche bestens ausgestattet mit Kaffee, Gewürzen und allem was nötig ist. Shampoo, Duschgel Toiletten Papier.. Wir waren 3 Frauen und sehr zufrieden Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in fussläufiger Nähe. Haben Lyon zu Fuß erlaufen und kennen gelernt. Danke für die schöne Zeit

we had a lovely holiday in a comfortable flat in a good location. We could walk to restaurants and Bellecour square. Sebastian responded to all our inquiries and was very accommodating.

Our car broke down and Francine was very accommodating in terms of our late arrival and late check out. We appreciated the evident care that went into the design of the space. Very central location near one of the main train stations. Overall great experience.

Loved this location, Jeremy was very helpful and easy to communicate with. One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in . Very close to retail and restaurants. Five stars

Appartement avec tout le charme de l'ancien (parquet, plafonds hauts, moulures, portes et poignées d'epoque), mais avec cuisine moderne et fonctionnelle. tres bien orienté (Nord) pour garder de la fraicheur.

Overall I loved this airbnb - great location (so many great restaurants and bakeries in the area) and close to train stations. My only minor quips were no AC (not a huge problem on our trip in May but if you're traveling in June-Aug I could see it getting pretty hot in there), and no soap in the bathroom.

great place, the view is fantastic. there is 11 flights of stairs so you need to be in shape and the bed is very low and it can be a bit difficult to get out of. My suggestion to any renters is to read Lara's guide when you first get there, it is helpful. worth the extra effort

Super , tout était correspondant avec l'annonce, même les avis des précédents locataires ont était pris en compte , 2 jeu de serviettes , 4 dosettes de café, franchement rien à dire c'est vraiment la classe je recommande à 100% !

Super logement à proximité de Lyon, accessible en transports (bus, tram ...). Résidence calme et jacuzzi génial et simple d'utilisation. Nous recommandons ! Merci à Antoine qui est un hôte réactif et très sympa.

Appartement tres agréable, bien décoré et avec de bonnes finitions. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en équipement. La rue est calme et grace aux volets électriques il fait bien noir le matin ce qui appreciable. De plus il est facile de se garer au bas de l'immeuble (en tout cas le week-end). Bien situé pour se rendre en centre ville en transport en commun. Le seul bémol était que les TV étaient plus "smart" que nous apparement. Mais ça ne nous nous a pas manqué....
