The property is located near the beach, and our three children were able to walk to the seaside park every day to play, listening to the sound of the waves while watching the sunset. It’s very quiet at night, so the kids could get a good night’s sleep after a full day of fun. It’s also conveniently close to the airport and various theme parks. The house has a garage, making it easy whether you're taking an Uber or renting a car yourself.

Karl’s Airbnb is a home away from home in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood!! We loved our stay here, from the decor, to the amenities and suggestions for restaurants and attractions, to the easy access to the beach and nearby gliderport, we had an amazing time! Karl is also very friendly and always responsive, which we appreciated. He sent thorough instructions beforehand to ensure we found the location, and everything was very easy to access. It’s just out of the way enough to be quiet, but places like San Diego, Coronado, and Encinitas are closeby for exploring! If you’re looking for a beautiful stay in a convenient location, this is it! I had an excellent stay and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The location is very close to the beach if you’re looking to relax near the ocean. I miss it already!
